Very professional and friendly. Some times the wait time can be a bit long, but worth it. I'm really happy with their customer service.
Always a positive experience visiting Dr Storey at the Valley Skin Institute. The professionalism of the staff and willingness to take the extra time to listen to patients’ concerns and questions are exceptional. My appointment was for a six month check after a Mohs procedure for a Basal Cell Carcinoma on the side of my nose. It can be kind of scary to have such a procedure and maybe end up with an awful scar; however, my results were awesome with the scar healing nicely and barely noticeable.
They are very professional and personal.
