The friendliest employees and so helpful with glasses and making you feel like your family !! Dr. Trimble will take care of all your eye care needs. She doesn’t hesitate to refer you out if she thinks it’s in your best interest. I give this place an A+!!!
Dr Tremble is the best. Her support staff, was a bit of a dissapointment. I bought a $450 dollar pair of glasss. I was ver happy with them however they broke after a month. When I purchased the glasses, I asked if the break will I get a relacement pair. Their simple answer was yes. I brought the in to ask for a replacemen and was told I could not because I tried to temp repair the left frame so it would sit on my face using a tiny amount. Dr. Trimble is great with contacts. She, herself, seems really nice. Her front desk staff come off relatively nice- they aren’t. I’ve gone to her for years now, so it really stinks to leave this, but I don’t want anyone else getting into the same situation either. The last time I bought a pair of glasses there, one of the sweet girls helped me pick some out. My head is relatively small but she assured me and my dad that they were easily adjustable.
