Dr Pfeiffer, MD was awesome. I was informed as to what to expect pre op appt. Post op instructions were details and due to her doing the surgery I less swelling than anticipated as well as heal was ahead of schedule. I am so satisfied with my results.
Dr Pheiffer and the Friday team at the Key Whitman eye surgery center are amazing. Kimberly checked us in and from the greeting at the door all went smooth. I started this vision improvement journey 2 years ago with KWEC and could not be happier with the results,
Dr. Pfeiffer is an outstanding Oculoplastic Surgeon. She and her coordinator, Kimberly, carefully explained preoperative and post operative instructions and answered all of my questions. They made me feel like my surgery was the most important procedure being performed and treated me with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend Dr. Pfeiffer for any oculoplastic surgery.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Leslie Pfeiffer. As someone who was very nervous about having surgery around my eyes, I truly appreciated how thorough and reassuring she was from the very beginning. Her exam was incredibly detailed, and she took the time to walk me through every step—from preparation, to the procedure itself, to the healing process—so I always knew exactly what to expect.
