I had a good visit with Dr Norris explaining to me how my surgery would go,
Stye removal was unsuccessful. My stye was a hardened ball and did not drain so I got my eye-lid cut open for nothing. She was very polite. Only issue was that she did not determine that my stye was solid and wouldn't drain.
They were very. Professional and caring about all my concerns and problems.they explained everything that would take place and for my care afterwards.I was very impressed with how complete they were in my exams and explaining results
