If I could give 0 stars I would. I called Dr. Woodell's office on a recommendation and asked if they accept Cigna insurance. I was told yes and made an appointment for me and my son for a routine cleaning and exam back in mid February. Everything seemed fine until this last weekend where I recieved a notice if I didn't pay a bill in 10 days it would be sent to claims. I called and asked why I had a bill as my insurance covers cleanings 100% three times a year. Not only did the secretary berate me but Dr. Woodell joined in on... read more
