Customer service was great from the moment I was checked in. Even though I arrived early, I was called so quickly. I thought I would have to wait awhile. But, no it was fast & easy.
The 5 star reviews must be HUGE ERRORS or PAID REVIEWS. She is NOT "caring" or "helpful" in my opinion. Back when I saw Dr. Leslie Davis I felt like I was going through menopause (I now know it was perimenopause), but she was DISMISSIVE. I started asking her questions. She told me we were NOT going to discuss anything about menopause until I hadn't had a period for a year. Look up perimenopause and menopause symptoms. I had ALL of them. Everyone is very nice and polite. And the waiting time is very fast. It's very clean.
Dr. Leslie Davis is the real deal. She's thorough, kind, efficient, authentic and truly cares about her patients. After dealing with an illness for over a year and seeing multiple docs, at my first appt w/ her she made recommendations no one else had made. She took the time to really hear me & understand my concerns & offered comprehensive, pragmatic solutions!
