Dr. Bernstein took time to listen attentively to my explanation about my skin problems. She gave me a clear, detailed plan of action to help clear up my skin and the medicines she prescribed helped . I'm glad a friend referred me to her. If other problems come up where I need a dermatologist, she is the first doctor I will see.
Worst doctor I ever had. First, she was late for 40 min. I was just sitting in room waiting her. Second, I've got some bumps on eyelids, but she didn't even looked at it. Tried to take a “look” at 3 feet from me.. Prescribed bunch of meds which has no effect at all. Don't recommend her if you have dermatology issues. Regret that spend time and money on this place
Dr. Bernstein is fantastic! She is encouraging and compassionate. She really listened to my needs. When a treatment was denied by insurance, she sent a very professional appeal that was accepted. I am so glad I found her!
