Everyone was great from the registration at the front to the tech who was so knowledgeable and sweet to Dr Leslie.. i’m am happy with them and i will pay a little out of pocket to get the best quality i can receive for my eyes.
Another failed attempt! After writing a negative review about the practice, Dr. Leslie Doctor asked me to come see her and reconsider. I was billed for the first appointment with her colleague which I refused to pay. The staff had no idea what I was there for, tried to take a fundus photo again until I had to explain I was there to get my vision prescription corrected. Lesli Doctor is a wonderful person and excellent clinician. The staff is accommodating and extremely pleasant
I have had excellent care from Dr Leslie Dr. As well as her associate and staff. When I developed a problem with my retina, they referred me to a specialist who handled my issue as well as fear with great care. I would recommend her to anyone. Especially to someone who might have fear of anything to do with their eyes, like I did.
