Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did your eye exam hurt at all? Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this optometrist seem knowledgeable about different types of contacts? Definitely, she/he seemed very knowledgeable about all different types of contacts Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Could you buy glasses at your optometrist's practice? Yes, I bought a beautiful new pair. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Would you recommend this optometrist to others? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
