I would give a 5 for the dermatology side of the pracitce. I was told to make an appointment with the cosmetic side for some redness on my nose and cheeks. I called today, and was transferred 4 times, very rudely. I was finally connected to the cosmetic side, and the girl would not book an appointment without $100.00 deposit. I have been to both sides before, so I questioned it. She rudely told me that since I have been there for a few years, they had to have the deposit. I am an existing patient. I think it's wrong.
Horrible experience! Dr. Leslie Capin literally screamed at her receptionist that she refuses to take new patients...while I was standing at the reception desk. I've been a patient of the practice for 15+ years but my doctor recently left. When I called to schedule an appointment, they scheduled me with her. I drove an hour roundtrip to be refused service.
