Dr. Nystune was the backup for our primary doctor, so we gave her a call regarding our son when our primary doctor was out of office and instructed us to call Dr. Nystune when he's out. During our call, we were never informed that there would be a charge for the conversation. A month later, we received a bill of over $100 because our call went over 5 minutes, (it was less than 6 minutes). It’s too bad, because dr. Nystuen is a nice person, but her office staff and policies are very penny pinching and difficult. for 12 years i took my 4 children to see Dr. Nystuen. Upon moving they have made it difficult to get things transferred over. Since I had told them we were moving out of thier practice they wouldn’t give me immunization records (for our new school) without paying a fee. In addition, I was charged $120 extra for asking a developmental question at our well child visit.
