I ordered months in advance for a bridal shower. They were somewhat unresponsive while trying to place the order. They were very unresponsive when trying to confirm the order and get an invoice to pay for the order the week of the event. The day of the shower, the fruit tray was not delivered and I had asked for the sandwiches to be plated on nice trays which they agreed to do but they arrived on a plastic tray clumped together so it was difficult to pick up a sandwich.
