If I could give this woman a ZERO I would She not only has ZERO empathy or beside manner, she does NOT CARE. She does not review charts with history so she can relate to her patients. She wings it 'Yes I said Wings It' Her answer is the are understaffed. The Department of Health, Division of Medical Conduct needs to look into this for lack of a better term doctor and this establishment. Dr. Small-Harary helped me with very challenging feeding issues with my first child. She was sympathetic to how overwhelming feeding issues could be, and took the time to really listen and get to the source of the problem. Without hesitation I took my second child to see her as well when he started to show the same signs. They are now both happily thriving. I recommend her all my momma friends
Dr. Small is an amazing doctor. She’s not only very knowledgeable in GI disorders but also takes the time to think about the whole patient. She helped me to recognize what was going on with my medically complex son before anyone else did. She also supported me in getting him evaluated promptly.
Dr. Small is outstanding, and we are so grateful that we found her. She is a true expert in her field. In addition, she is so kind and she was able to get my child to open up so easily, which has helped so much.
Dr. Small-Harary cared for two of my children for their gastrointestinal issues as infants and young children. She is caring, thorough, responsive. She communicates effectively and has an excellent bedside manner with children/families. I reccommend here to all my friends and family looking for a pediatric gastroenterologist on Long Island.
