Kindly note that if you see nothing wrong with a male doctor giving a woman a gynecology exam with another man right there watching every detail, totally unconsented - both never having met the patient before, don’t bother to read the rest of this. Amazing dermatologist
Dr. Plotke is highly skilled, friendly, and available for any questions I have. I have been seeing her for my skin conditions for over a decade and compared to other dermatologists I've seen she does an outstanding job.
Dr. Plotke has handled several issues for me over the past 5 years, along with doing annual checks. I've always found her to be responsive, helpful, and professional.
I love Dr Plotke. I don’t understand these bad reviews. I’m a medical professional and travel a long ways so she can manage several issues, including psoriasis and frequent squamous cell cancers. Dr Plotke respects my choice to try and manage my psoriasis by diet and an old fashioned Vit D ointment rather than a hodgepodge of steroids that another doc tried that left me sick. I am trying to schedule an appointment. So far - 8 vmails ove 2 weeks. No call back.
I have been trying to schedule a follow up visit with Dr. Plotke for the last two days. I have called about five times and no live person ever picks up. I have left voice mails that have not been returned. Guess I need to find a new dermatologist.
Dr. Plotke is the most thorough and knowledgeable dermatologist I have ever seen. I would highly recommend her.
Not impressed. If you don't have a long ongoing dermatological history, then maybe she's the dr for you. However if you do, she cannot assist you as she seems to only know ONE path & cannot divert or change from that path. She also seems to give advice that she herself does not then follow through on. For ex., she told me that my watery eyes & feeling that I have hairs or stuff in my eyes was a symptom of my form of rosacea, but then when asked to assist, she referred me to an eye dr! Come on
