Came im emtional because I had spent over 300 dollars on previous haircuts, seemingly unable to obtain what I requested. Rather than empathy and a reassurance things would be different, I was told I was too emotional and to calm down. Shane and Jan are fantastic! I’ve been looking for a re-creation of a short, very layered cut that brings out my curls and Jan delivered!
I was hoping to find a salon like this in Toronto. I'm from out of town and was for sometime so I needed a hair cut bad. I booked with Kyler and they were great. They gave me what I asked for and even accommodates me to later un the day for a quick touch up I asked for. I had my baby with me and Shane held and kept them entertained while I got my hair cut. Outstanding people here. They helped me cut the hair I was growing for 4 years to donate and were incredibly kind. Kyler and Jan are awesome! They were as talkative as you want to be - I was 100% comfortable the whole time. See you again in 4 years!
