If I could leave zero stars I would. My son's fiance was stranded in Elko with car issues, one of which was a flat tire. Not only did they insist on selling her four new tires, but swore up and down that the leak near the rear of her car was "condensation." It was differential fluid which does not, under any circumstances, look anything like water. Differential fluid is gear oil. They told her the car was perfectly fine, no issues.
