RecommendedExcellent customer service and professional work on our jeep
Seasonal tire change over. It had snowed 2 days before I went in so I knew they might be busy. I arrived at 8AM and was told it would be a couple of hours. I was ok with that. Long story short I was there for over 6 hours. Not at any time in that 6 hours did any staff come by and keep me informed. I am so thankful for all the help and kind service I received in Helena. I came in with a flat tire and they fixed it quickly all the while my dog sat in the back of the car and watched. They were able set it up for me to get a set of new tires and able to continue my road trip through back roads of Montana. Without them, I would have had to cut my adventure short. These guys are the BEST!!! They’re definitely my “go to place” for everything they offer! Too bad they don’t do more! My Expedition drives like it’s new and the customer service was 100%.
Yesterday I was in Helena for a medical appointment to Shodair Hospital and I had a flat tire. The staff was kind and courteous and they fixed the tire in no time and had me ready and able to return to Butte safely.
Always great service.. They always seem to go the extra mile.
