Brought my company car in for tire rotation took four hours another employee brought another vehicle and for tire rotation he was there five hours we have over 200 vehicles that go there must not be spending enough money with him

Nothing wrong, apparently dirt in the brakes. They even rotated my tires for me and they weren't bought from them. I bought the tires for my last two cars from them. Good service and great warranty. Great service, smiling faces.

Had to wait my turn over an hr, but they were friendly and took the nail out plugged it , reset sensors in 95 * heat with a smile. No charge!
I personally love this place. Every 40,000 miles I get the same tires and they're fast, courteous and do a good job. I've only had one bad experience there.
Pulled in and told them that i had a nail in the tire. Lady at the counter said it would be an hour wait. I thought wow for just a flat repair but understood that they were busy so i told her i would be back in 1 hr. Came back anf waited almost another hr. I asked them to repair the flat and rotate 2 of the tires. Well they repaired the flat but ni rotation. Older guy says that the tire should be replaced but he repaired it anyways with no charge. Think next time i go to Big O.
Very friendly people but they have high prices!!!
