Took forever. Tried to charge $25 to reset TPMS after tires were installed and warning light remained on. Technicians were great, management does not care. Zero stars.

They should know how to align a Volkswagen bug and they say that they can't align a lowed car.they did a half job and charge me full price. Not fair.
Recommendedstopped by with tire warning, took us in fast, in one hour was done! At no charge! Made our day!

this morning i was told it would be an hour, i was on the job so the time spent there i was being paid to do nothing, which is not my style... about 2 hrs later they started the work... when mentioning being told it would be an hour, the guy said it's like a 3 1/2 hr wait right now... but not 10 minutes before that they told a customer it would be about an hour... i did realize later that i was pushed back because paying customers jump ahead of customers who don't have to pay for things like maintenace services etc... so i g... read more
They always treat us well
Two grandparents, one mommy and one 18 month old grand daughter got help without hesitation today when we couldn't remove a stubborn tire chain. Les Schwab is our new choice for tire service!
