Aside from excellent service, respect/ accommodation to my time constraints...I witnessed "the heart' of this business...as a gentleman came in, clearly not a customer, quietly wait 'his turn'...asked the woman @ the desk if it was ok if he helped himself to a cup of coffee....she softly, kindly said yes, please do... God Bless Les Schwab! I came in to find out why My SUV was shaking before I took a trip to SeaTac Airport to pick up My Daughter from Her Graduation Trip.. Her present from Me. Les Schwab Professionals found my tire was splitting & my front brakes were bad. This could have caused an accident or even death for my Family or someone else's family! With on the spot credit & fixing the problem's they took care of me. I know now my family & I are safe & back on the road! Oh! I'm so thankful for Les Schwab!
