Tried the one on heron first. What a nightmare. Besides cars blocking me coming and going, they couldn’t fit me in for 3 hours. Because of road construction I took the back streets to the Simpson shop. Love those people and no anxiety attached. Will only go there now even if the heron street one is closer.
I was in a real bind, having blown my tire 80 miles away from home while on my way to a show (I’m a musician). AJ came to the rescue. He was quick, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. Thanks to his service, I was able to be back on the road promptly, and able to play my show. Thank you, AJ!

Got there 8 AM not busy one car in the bay,I needed one tire checked and "all" rotated, went inside and after 40 minutes went to the window to see how it was coming along and my car was still sitting outside. When they "finally" placed it in the bay area it's like the guy would do alittle on the car walk off and so on. Needless to say I was there 1 hour and 15 minutes for a simple service on a non busy day there... and yes I let the guy know there was "no" reason for the delay. (yup you Mr. Al)
