We stopped by the Seaside location while vacationing in our motor home. My husband accidentally hit a curb and bent a rim. Kia came out to the motor home before we could get out. They did not have a new rim nor could he locate one for us. Instead he pounded and straightened it, made sure the tire would stay up and even checked all our remaining tires- all of which needed air. He did it quickly and with a wonderful attitude
Got me on the road in under 15 minutes, no charge. I am a customer for life. Thanks so much!
After a terrible experience at the Warrenton location, I was hesitant to stop. Should have listened to my gut! After paying for 2 new tires, I have had to stop multiple times and refill them with air (almost stranding me)!!! Don't stop here!

This has been a horrible experience after an hour and a half they come out ad tell me it's going to be over 400 to fix my alignment. Even had the audacity to ask if I still wanted the tires. That's why I am here. Now it has been over 2 hours. I am still here and still no tires on my truck. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Also the information they gave me was false. The truck had been checked by a professor of Automation in Tennessee a month ago.
