Melissa behind the desk was very helpful over the phone when I called and behind the desk when I arrived. the gentleman out in the service area were very busy and helpful and and I applaud them for work well done and very efficient and timely manner.
Sam and the guys at seaside are great people and always happy to help when there is a problem with your tires, I drive from Astoria to seaside just because I know them and have never had a problem with them
Waited inside the lobby for 5 minutes and was never greeted. there were 4 or 5 technicians. Never greeted either. I just needed my air pressure checked. I just left. My first time is 39 years I've not had stellar service at Les Schwab. Very disappointed.
