RecommendedProfessional and polite, Ryan at the desk, greets me with a smile and takes time to answer all my questions. The mechanic, Adrian, comes into the waiting room and escorts me to my vehicle. He shows to me with confidence and skill that the brake job I felt was needed, was not necessary at this time. Since all 4 tires were already off he suggested a free tire rotation and pressure check. Two thumbs up for Les Schwab.
RecommendedMy wife and I were traveling home and noticed low air pressure . We stopped off at L.S. and they patched a tire ifor FREE . In and out in a half hour on a Saturday . Very friendly and courteous staff .
Getting through the Snow with Les Schwab Excellent tires and service usually within minutes
This is the worst tire company in history of corporate America, they are not responsible and have no knowledge of the business, they have damaged body of my car and failed to submit the claim to corporate, I visited them 10 times to finally get the claim submitted only to get a letter from corporate saying they deny liability. Shop local, shop Tahoe, get your car away from these amateurs that don't even know how to safely raise s car. Keep your family's life away from this shop!!
I needed to have my studded tires switched out to regular tires since the snow finally stopped. Took a little longer than they said but the manager apologized several times. I have been going here since they opened. Great customer service and free popcorn in the waiting room!!!
I thought it was a nail in my tire...turned out to be a bolt! Tire fixed, wheels spun balanced and rotated. No charge! It doesn't get any better than that!
Non local, corporate mentality, pay their inflated prices or kick rocks. Anyone who uses this company is either not local or has way more money than brains.
