I've needed new tires for a while but always put it off because I just hate going into environments like this (tire shops, mechanics, etc...) after being cheated and having my ignorance taken advantage of by other businesses in the past. Got my nail in the tire fixed for free today! Excellent service
Took my truck in to have the tires rotated. Next day I noticed a small leak. Took it back and they found a piece of metal in it. Fixed it for free and got me back on the road fast. New customer for life.
Been a Les Schwab customer for over thirty years for both business and personal for up to 5 vehicles at a time. Now after four trips total into two sites my tire is not low but flat and they want to charge me $45 to go change my tire Lost my business.
Excellent, speedy service and trusted recommendations. There is no other place we would consider getting tires from. We've been customers for decades and they always take great care of us!
Awesome service! Came in with a punctured tire, asked them how long it would take to fix, and their estimate was pretty accurate. Then they didn't have me pay! Clean store, nice staff, free wifi/coffee/popcorn/phone charging while you wait.
