Poor service , put a dirty rim on leather interior when there was a tarp on the back area of suv. Only tried to sell me a tire even before they looked at the leak.

They always take good care of us and great customer service.
Dreading the lengthy visit, as I know they are always so busy and there’s always long wait times. I plunged forward anyways. When pulling up, I noticed they had put a dinger (making a doorbell noise as you drive over) at the driveway. Trying to expedite the process for us. After spending my morning here, I left with a smile. Not a person I interacted with didn’t brighten my day in someway. Awesome atmosphere and people, nice to see people who still care, Thanks Estacada!!!

I went to get my tire checked and I wasn’t sure if they would have time since they were closing soon, but they were fast, friendly and very helpful. Fernando and Tristan were awesome and they fixed my tire which had a nail in it for free. I will definitely come back for other services because of the great customer service I received.
We made an emergency stop here after a blowout on the freeway on our way camping. They were so accommodating and got 4 new tires on our trailer in less than 90 minutes without an appointment. Building is very clean too
