RecommendedNever takes long to fix my tires. But yesterday I go in with my brothers car to fix what was a rock in the tire. The girls who works the desk gave me some iffy looks and attitude because I had no idea what my brothers account would be under. Sorry I annoyed you lady, but not sorry you only had to punch in 3 different phone numbers to find the right account. You weren’t even busy. And for that reason I won’t have you help me next time!

I got 2 new front tires yesterday. And my front fender was hit with a metal tool and it chipped the paint. Do i turn this into my insuance and let them deal with les schawb or do we handle this. Mark said it was a rock chip it wasnt there before i got tires

I have always been treated very well here. And I've never once felt taken advantage of because I'm a woman. They're all a happy crew there as well. I took a car in a couple years ago, I believe for brakes. I was having trouble with my driver side lock sticking. No problem! A guy climbed in through the window and laughed about it. Now that's service with a smile! ���
They were busy for sure. I didn't mind the wait as they told me it would be awhile. They are so polite and knowledgable. The store is so clean. This was Centralia store, Chehalis store is chaos and rudeness from staff in the bays.
