I wish that chehalis, WA has a Wi-Fi while waiting patiently for your vehicle being repaired. I was there from 11:30 till 4 yesterday. It was BORING! Customer service was excellent and I can't complain. Caring staff that tries to meet your needs when someone is deaf (like me)! Please offer free Wi-Fi in that business!
I love Les Schwab...I wouldn't buy tires or get brakes done anywhere else. Their customer service is the best! We have been loyal customers for 26 years!
Almost witnessed chehalis Parts delivery truck driver hit a car with children. She was TEXTING and trying to Drive. VIDEO WILL FOLLOW. Too bad store manager sided with his delivery driver. Doesn't pay to try to make a difference anymore. A child has to die before people want t o be accountable for their actions.
Love these guys! They always save the day during my tire emergencies!
