This place is garbage. They bent a control arm on my car and tried to refuse to fix it. They treated my family extremely rudely. Even called us druggies for asking for them to fix the damage they caused. Then after i finally got them to agree to fix it. They asked me to come in so i did. They put my car on there lift took it apart then called the cops on me. They tried making the cops force me to pay for the service. Now because i share my story they blocked me on Facebook so i can't share my experiences.

Very unsatisfactory!! I will never recommend this store for break work I went in for a break check and get rear breaks adjusted and they never did the job asked of them at first they only looked then said I needed front breaks so I said ok. But they never did the rear at all. So that being said I almost slid off the road and took it to another store they told me the rear had never been touched for adjustment at all due to the adjuster was rusted solid so I had no back breaks and could have died from this. Took my car in around August to have some work done under the front end of our car, a week later it was having the same problem that they supposedly fixed, I took car back and they told me everything looks fine,I said no it's still doing the same thing. The guy tells me "there is nothing more I can do, I can't see anything" I told him it was ok for a week after they had it and it went back to the same that it was. Sarah, Steve, Ken, and the rest of the folks at chehalis Les Schwab are definitely making it worth my while to go there. Not only is the customer service great, but a lot of the patrons themselves make it worthwhile to go there. I've had many awesome conversations with both the customers and staff there. My name is Joshua, and I'm proud to say I'm a repeat Les Schwab customer. Couldn't ask for a better store.

Tony, Steve, & Sarah took tremendous care of me as well as my vehicle. They went above the call of customer service. Sarah dropped me off & picked me up while Steve diagnosed my vehicle. I drove my vehicle with Steve so he could get a clear idea as to what I was hearing. After inspecting my vehicle, Steve gave me the full details as to why my vehicle was making a horrible clunking noise. I truly appreciate the time and effort all three of these folks gave. They did an almost great job on my Sprinter van's brakes and shocks. All the mechanical work was great, but they couldn't figure out how to reset the dash lights. So, I ended up going to the MB dealer to have that finished. Happily, Les Schwab refunded me for the dealer's time to get the new sensors working properly. What could have really been a drag turned out to be a nice customer service experience. I'll probably use them again for tires and other work on my more common vehicles.

Our battery died while on the way home to Vancouver from Grand Mound. We called Les Schwab and Joey was to us with a new battery in less than 30 minutes. We're on the road again and couldn't be happier. Thanks Chehalis Les Schwab and Joey for the prompt, amazing service.
