I have been dealing with this store since it started and have always been happy until the last few months. extreme long waits, employees who know next to nothing, surly receptionist and flat-out lies about what is wrong with our vehicle. I will be looking for other choices if this does not get corrected soon.
I love my Les Schwab. The whole crew there is amazing. The best service of ANY business in town for sure.
