Male employees calling female customers that they don’t know “sweetheart”? Not appropriate.
I waited 2hrs for a battery. Went in to see how much longer. Oh another HOUR NOPE give me my keys I'm going home 2hours away. will NOT ever wait that long again. What a waist of my time.

I cannot say enough about these guys they are very professional and treat me very well. Would give a six star if it was possible. It’s not worth shaving off the extra bucks ordering online, when it comes to service and warranty these guys are unparalleled.

Same problem as others had - takes forever and rude gal at the desk. Drive from Gold Beach to Brookings to have tires rotated and have to wait in line because you can't make an appointment. First time they said, "45 minutes." Took an hour and a half. Next time said, "hour and a half." Took 2 and a half hours. Asked if I could come back in an hour. Woman said, "I have better things to do than monitor the parking lot. But you can take your chances." This isn't Les Schwab of old and I will never buy tires there again, nor would... read more
Can't thank Bruce enough to for his hard work and dedication... blew out a couple tires super early in the morning, he came quickly and got me to work. Super polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this tire shop!!!!
