Very disappointed i drop tire off 2pm employee said it will take two hours call at 520pm they said tire will be place by 6pm waiting patiently in the office still

Do not get an oil change here they will damage your motor. I got an oil change here and started leaking oil. When I took my car to a mechanic I was informed the oil filter was loose. Mechanic told me I was lucky it didn’t fall off while driving. When I talked to the manager I was told things happen and was offered a complementary oil change. The lady in billing named Debbie is a horrible representative to Les Schwab. She called to discuss my account, to which I had made two different attempts to why I had not received a bill. She made many excuses and blamed me for not providing updated information. I had told her I did update my information with the Wenatchee Store..She was very rude in how she spoke to me, how she represented the East Wenatchee store and how she conveyed how I can get a bill so that I can send payments in. I gave 3 stars because the folks know tires in the back, but the service at front counter from the older woman is bullshit. I called, explained what I wanted. She got huffy and told me to make an appointment online. So I did. Then 2 weeks later I show up for the appt and they did not have tires that fit my car. Even told them online and in comments box. Beware of the battery exchange policy. After having continuous issues with a sub-standard car battery, they did honor the exchange for a new one but gave us a low end battery rather than the high cranking amp battery that we originally paid for. We have been loyal customers since the beginning of this locale and have spent thousands of dollars there through many years and are very disappointed with this cut rate service.

They broke my hubcap and didn't even tell me about it, but placed it in my vehicle hidden from my view. Once I discovered it missing and found it, they took the hubcap and kept it for themselves telling me they would order another one. They never did. Terrible that you guys break vehicle parts that weren't even being worked on to begin with!!!!!! - Olivia
