Pretty disappointing service so far. Came in yesterday to make my appointment for today. They had 8 and 9am. I chose 9 not thinking I could make 8. I got here at 8:10 and said “hey, if you can get it in early, great. If not, no biggie.” It’s now 9:15 and my truck hasn’t go in yet. Also, had to explain 3 times so far that I found an adjuster nut loose on the upper A arm that I would like to point out to the tech because I tightened it, but it’s in the wrong adjustment. Excellent customer service
My Les Schwab battery died while my car was in the garage. There was so little power left that I couldn't get the gear out of park into neutral so that I could push the car out of the garage. I called my local Les Schwab dealer and in less than half an hour Doug arrived to fix my problem. And that he did. At no charge. I've experienced similar extraordinary service like this in the past. That is why I have been a loyal Les Schwab customer for more than 40 years. Bravo and thank you Les Schwab.
Faithful customer, over 40 years. Employee's don't seem happy anymore..... uniforms aren't as presentable, they don't acknowledge people.... they are short of help and even with only one lift working, minimum 1 1/2 hour wait. Made me sad, actually.....as I am of the generation that remembers Les Schwab and his pride!
Noticed my tire was leaking air due to something being lodged right in the middle. Went over there 30 minutes before closing and they fixed it for me no charge. I will absolutely be going back there!!!
Shout out to St. John's Les Schwab for fixing my tire, putting my spare completely back in its spot and getting me back on the road. ���
