I have dealt with this location, several times, over the years. Usually for flats. They are always extremely helpful and professional! My experience today, was no different. I'll be a return customer, in the future! ��
Went to Les Schwab due to having a nail in my tire. Seth greeted me at the front counter and insured me they could take care of it right away. Seth had great customer service and they repaired my tire quickly.
This 1 star rating is towards the manager Seth! Who ripped my sister off she went in for her brakes. She already had brand new tires from Goodyear when doing her brakes they told her she had a bulge on the inside of two of her tires they then sliced huge hole in the two tires he told her they were unsafe. So in doing this she had to buy two brand new tires from Les Schwab! And when returning her brand new Goodyear tires that have now been slashed she could not prove there is any bulges on the inside of the tires luckily Good... read more
What a joke. If you can't take care of your service plan in a timely manner then DONT OFFER IT! Waiting around for hours just to have to leave and rotate your own tires in the rain absolutely ridiculous. Quit wasting my time with excuses. I have followed your protocol because last time I was there the same dam thing happened. Solution was to call in advanced. Yep that didn't work two times in a row!
