These people ruined my car. They screwed up the alignment because they didn't know how to handle a wheelchair van. I went in to replace a cracked boot and they destroyed my car. They call me and put words in my mouth and then claim that the alignment was off because I said so. A bunch of crooks. But the worst part is that they ruined my car. Back in Feb I had my brakes done at the Les Schwab Tire Center in Orchards. That wasn't a good experience that time either, but I chalked it up to a misunderstanding. well last week I had a flat tire and my lug nuts were put on so tight that they couldn't get them off they had to literally strip the one that which caused me to have to get a new one replaced...no worries so I called Les Schwab to see if they could fix it and they said yes and they gave me an appointment time. so I get there and I asked how long it'll take and... read more
my wife took our car in for a flat repair and was up sold lug nuts, I'm done with Les Schwab, and I'm taking the company I work for fleet vehicles to a new vender also. I'm done with dishonest people. Going back to look for a mom and pop shop they will appreciate my business.
