Friendly helpful employees. They stay open until all the customers are taken care of. They have a good product and back their work. They're community minded and give back to the community.
I had a screw in my tire and since I had two other tires that were down to their last layer of rubber (their words) they wouldn't help me with the tire that had the screw in it. I did t have a jack so I asked if I could borrow on to put on the donut. They said no but they did put air in the tire with the screw in it to 44 pounds so I could make it back to Independence to put the donut on. They wouldn't even let me change it with their jack. They treat you like a person, not like a woman who doesn't know anything about cars, which I do happen to know several things so it was refreshing. The customer service is always top notch! They have bent over backwards to help me three times in the last year and because of that they have earned a customer for life. My family wont take our vehicles anywhere else now. Went in to have new wheels put on my mustang 1 1/2 hours before closing they got it done in about an hour and total price was cheaper then the quote
My safe, reliable, stable 4x4 is no longer safe to drive due to Les Schwab’s “help” with my tires. To repair the damage Les Schwab caused and the cost of 4 new tires, I will be out $2, 352.00. All I wanted was two new tires and not this nightmare. Here’s what happened: I bought 2 tires from West Salem, OR Les Schwab. These new Cooper brand tires came with a 60,000 mile warranty. Les Schwab sucks. Never go there again. Always pushy salespeople who constantly try to up sell you
The guys were great! I was on a 13 hour trek to WA from Central California and got a flat. Was towed here and these guys, not only changed my tired super speedy, but kept me preoccupied in the lobby. Probably because I'm a girl but was very comforting, since I was by myself and exhausted.
They helped me get new brakes and almost new tires for my truck for a great price. Outstanding customer service!
