Didn't buy my current set from them, but they still removed a screw from my tire and patched it for free! In and out in an hour, amazing customer service. They've won my future business.
I've been buying tires and getting the best service here for years.
I depend on Les Schwab to be there no matter where I am and they always deliver!
Brought our trailer in for tires and wheel pack. We always have a great experience. And it's dog friendly.
Twice now I have been told my car would be done when I showed up and they hadn't even started on it. Very frustrated with their lack of service and unfulfilled promises. I will be taking my service elsewhere from now on.

Bought a new set of winter studs here, 2 went flat the next day, (couldn't go home for Thanksgiving). This was after terrible service while purchasing and mounting them. Waited nearly 4 hours for them to repair them and they then proceeded to blame my rims, (in spite of the fact we've had no issues with them on any other tires). Refused to help people stuck in their own parking lot asking for help.
