Poor service , put a dirty rim on leather interior when there was a tarp on the back area of suv. Only tried to sell me a tire even before they looked at the leak.

I made an appointment online for a simple seasonal tire switch out. 45 minutes after my appointment time, they still hadn’t started. After I was told I was next in line, I sat and watched as all 6 bays emptied and filled back up and STILL my car was not attended. When I questioned the man behind the desk he made excuses about appointments taking 2 hours, non-appointments taking all day. I was born and raised in Central Oregon so I show my loyalty to local businesses. BUT I have not used Les Schwab for many years but I continue to give them a shot earning my Business. Well as usual I come away PISSED OFF! I had purchased a New/Used Truck and was going to have a Leveler Kit and Air Bags added to it. I went in and received a quote and came back the next week to make my appointment. Was at the Old Mill just walking around enjoying the views and came back to my car with a flat tire, completely on the rim flat! I gave Les Schwab a call and they sent someone down who was there in about 10 minutes! He aired up my tire and followed me back to the shop to make sure I got there safely. They had me in and out in under an hour and diagnosed the problem which was an easy fix! Amazing customer service, definitely went above and beyond for me tonight! Thank you guys so much!
I don't think I have ever had a better experience at a tire store! Jason,Brittny,Toby and Taylor were some of the most honest and helpful people that have ever worked on my car. I would recommend anyone to this les schwab location any day. I have attempted to go to the other location but in the end I am alway referred back to this location because of the short wait times! PSA to anyone looking for new tires or any other tire need, go to Les Schwab on Franklin in Downtown Bend.
