Just got back from getting my riding lawn mower flat tire repaired. They charged me $21. I have never been charged in the past. I understand they have every right to do that. Just like I have every right to take my tire buying business elsewhere in the future. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Bought Tires for a 1993 jayco motorhome. These guy where Great. In and out in under a hour. 4 guys had there hands on this unit they all worked like a well oiled Machine. 6 tires mounted and balanced. They checked the breaks and checked the spare tire. An in a hour we hit the road 2700 mile and 4 days we where home in SC. I would like to thank all the guys and Savannah in the office. I do not know how all the other tire centers work. I went into Yuba City Les Schwab on 9/10/2021 to get the air checked in my tires due to tire pressure light being on. I pull into the first bay and was instructed to go 2 bays over. I pull up and while the technician is checking my tires, another employee starts to take a tire off the rack next to me, and HITS MY CAR DOOR!!. The technician that is checking my tire pressure assures me the pressures are good. I just called to get a price quote for replacement tires for a Tesla. The tire I am interested in is a Bridgestone Quiettrack. I was told this tire is not designed for a Tesla even though Costco indicates this tire is original fitment and other sites such as Tire Rack and Firestone indicate these tires are an option when searching by vehicle. Also the price I was quoted was $280 more for the 4 tires than their competitors. Don't buy from Les Scwab!
Poor service since management has changed. Came in for a low tire, kid took 20 seconds to put air in it and sent me on my way without checking the tire. Tire was flat again within hours. Waited until next morning, had AAA air it up and arrived back at les schwab at 8:14am. At 9:40am my car has not been looked at, watched 2 customers that I know didn't have appointments come and go. Why? All these years of outstanding customer service from Les Schwab and now two separate stores have f--ked me over. I woke up on a Saturday feeling so down (depressed) and stressed out over the fact that my sons car was having brake problems. We are STRUGGLING financially.
