I received outstanding service at this Les Schwab Tire Center. Adam and his team did a great job getting my boat and trailer back on the road with new wheel bearings for my 31-year old EZLoad trailer. In spite of some trying challenges they came through with excellent work and truly outstanding customer service.

Paid for alignment, Wife picked it up and said it still pulls. Look at alignment sheet, and they only changed the toe, leaving caster and camber out of spec! Daryl told my wife he couldn't fix it. I had to call and explain to him how to do a simple alignment to put it in spec. Low and behold after following my directions and adjusting camber, the car drives straight, and all specs are withing factory tolerance. It's a shame someone with know how caught you slipping. Great employees! Customer first. Service was fast, tech explained what was going on with my tire - didn't think he could stop shimy but that it wouldn't pose a risk. Balanced my tires & zero shimy!! Will be back. TY
