Always great service! Came in on a busy weekday morning with a puncture in my tire. They had me out in 30 minutes with a repaired tire, free of charge!
Dishonest. Tried selling me tires for 120$ more than what their website stated. Asked multiple times, but they were stubborn about their store price was right. Said if i tried 3rd st. They would say the same thing. Went to 3rd St. to check and they upheld the website price. Didn't even have to ask. Just brought the right price when I asked about tires.

This is why I don't buy my tires from Les Schwab any more. Came in at 9:00am with a mostly flat tire. I was told it would be 45 minutes. I told them I was late for a trip to Washington. 90 minutes later I'm still sitting here����. Turns out the flat tire is due to faulty oxidation/rust on the expensive Schwab wheels!!!!!
The first time we knew anything about Les Schwab, we were at the coast and called to have a tire changed because the spare was flat also. They came out and fix the flat tire. We asked how much it was he said , when you need to get new tires come to Les Schwab , so we have used them since in the 1950's. They are great.
I have never had such good service. I called at 8:30am because I had a flat tire. At 9am, an employee was at my house. He put air in the tire which made it possible for me to drive to their shop. By 9:34 am, I was back home with my tire repaired at no cost.
