The snowplow up in Wilderness Rim sliced two of my Jeep's tires on Saturday morning. Your workers stayed over an hour past closing, and on the night of their company Christmas party, to help all of us with our snow tire emergencies. Your customer service is amazing!!
Everyone was super nice and helpful. Wait for a flat repair was 4 hours (busy/long wait due to pending snow storm), after waiting 3 1/2 hours they spent 5 mins with my car just to find out they can't repair the tire and they don't have tires for my car. It would have been nice to have someone look at the cars at check-in to avoid a long wait. They get 4 stars, because consistently the service is great at all Les Schwab stores, I will continue to be a customer.
Stuck sitting at Les Schwab. This place is a crap hole. Dirty, 45 minute wait when the place is dead. They really need new management here!
I live in North Bend and have been to this business numerous times over the years. Always a positive experience. Recently, they did some work on the front end of my Ford 350 V10 Van and notified me that the rear brakes needed replacement. I got a second opinion and found that their quote was more than reasonable. Had the work done and they found that the parking brake did not need replacement - saved me over $100 bucks. I have found this Les Schwab to be helpful and reliable - they go above and beyond! Thank you!
Called at 9:45a, showed up at 10a to get a screw taken out of our tire before a road trip. Check in was easy and painless as we went grocery shopping and to the post office. We were told about 1 hour & 35 minutes later received a call our car was complete. Check out was just as easy and painless. Staff was kind and professional. We WILL be back!
Took my truck in for an alignment, les schwab found my upper control arms too rusty to get aligned properly. They installed new control arms for me then the worst happened. They went to take the truck off the alignment rack and it wouldn't start. They towed my truck to the chevy dealer in issaquah free of charge for diagnosis. Turns out the bcm had gone bad and they were the unlucky ones to be in possession of the truck when it happened.
