We are new to the North Bend area and had two tires with slow leaks. I asked for a recommendation and they pointed me to Les Schwab. They were great fixed both tires for no charge. Friendly service.
I brought my car in for a tire replacement, got it back and noticed it now has a “wobble” when going above 55. Took it back and Schwab notified me I had a bent rim and should probably replace it. (So why wasn’t I informed it was bent when you had my car the first time, did you bend it?) After that got a new rim and took to get it replaced, which they did and I paid for as well. Usually great but I needed a balance on the wheels on my dads acct which I got before but this time I was told I can't have that cause I'm not acct holder(which is understandable) but when your smart ass younger girl employee says "well if you have a statement it will be 75 less" I wouldn't be asking for the balance if I did so all in all she made me feel dumb and now there is only 1 person I will work with there and it's the middle aged manager lady that's usually there that HAS customer service Skills.
My son was on his way to southern California for a music concert when one of his tires literally blew up in the construction zone on the way over Snoqualmie Pass. An outstanding Washington State Patrol Office stopped and assisted a tire change then Les Schwab in North Bend got him back on the road with 4 new tires. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
I just stopped in to our Les Schwab North Bend. We just bought a new car and it seemed a bit all over the road. A wonderful man Mike helped me I just pulled up and he stopped what he was doing to help me. I asked if he could check the tire pressure, he did and found that there was 65 lbs air in my tires !!! He fixed the problem for me very fast so a huge THANK YOU Mike, you made me feel much safer !!!!
We had an emergency with our truck heading over two passes for a wedding. We had a trailer that had all the wedding stuff and the employee's worked until the truck was fixed. As the mother of the bride I can never thank them enough

I was told it would be a 2 hour wait before they got to my truck but I was out of there in 1:45! I think I heard them say to not make the lady with the cane wait � They even pulled the truck right up to the door for me. Thanks again Les Schwab!
