Went to a different tire shop and they quoted me $25 to plug a nail in my tire. But warned me that my 6 month old tire could need replacing on my truck and that it could cost me dearly. I didn’t feel comfortable so left and called these guys who said they’d plug the tire for free! Turns out they called me 20mins later that it was ready and didn’t need a plug because it went sideways through the tread! Very honest people, any tire issues I’ll be headed straight back there!! 5* it was also very clean and tidy for a tire shop!
I am not typically the person who reaches out to lead feedback. I just had the craziest customer service experience that made me go “Wow”. I pulled into the parking lot of the Temecula Les Schwab to Drop off a tire to be patched. I had the pleasure of experiencing this shop for the first time last night. After trying to get my tire patched at two other local tire stores to no avail I remembered about Les Schwab off Butterfield Stage. I was immediately greeted and was skeptical about my chances since the waiting room was busy and it was late in the day. I was taken inside and written up quickly and within 20 minutes my tire was patched and I was on my way. The best part was since it was my first visit I had the tire repaired at no charge. This shop is the ONLY place that my husband and I will take our vehicles for tires and brakes. If they did oil changes we would take our cars there for those too. The customer service is awesome and they get your car back to you quickly. 5 stars and two thumbs up��
