After running an errand to the vet office, I returned to the parking lot to find my car wouldn't start. It was close to 5:30, but I called Les Schwab hoping someone would still be there. They were! I explained the situation, and they sent out a tech within 5 minutes to jump start the car. I then drove to the store, where a very nice employee stayed past closing to install a new battery for me. I've been a customer of Les Schwab for many years, and will continue to be for many years to come due to service like this!

Les Schwab sent someone to my home and put air in my flat tire for $10 so I could get it to the service center. Once there, they fixed my tire for no charge!

Andrew helped me order the appropriate tires for my car and explained how siping them would improve my winter handling. Although they were busy I was treated very well and got my new tires installed in a very reasonable amount of time. I am a customer for life!

This morning, I popped a tire. My four year old son was, of course, super fascinated and excited. Even though I know how to change a tire, I called Les Schwab, because I didn't think I could do it with a 4 year old helping! They sent out Colton, who put our spare on and, back at the shop, worked to make this as inexpensive as possible. Thank you, Colton for the rescue. And thank you Les Schwabs, for your superior customer service.
