RecommendedSincere shout out to THIS Les Schwab Tire Center. Since early childhood, I’ve been making trips ( or receiving service calls from ) the team here in Walla Walla. Les Schwab sponsored my high school rodeo team beginning in 1994. I’ve won 2 of their sponsored State Champion rodeo saddles. My team picture hung on their wall for decades. I love when you guys use an impact wrench to tighten the lugs on my jeep. Bouncing on an breaker bar is soooo much fun.

I have always had a good experience until recently. The girl that sits in the back was completely rude and disrespectful to me on the phone as my husband was sitting there in thr lobby waiting for our vehicle. Very unprofessional and embarassing. No customer service at all. Too bad too because most everyone else there is always kind, helpful, and respectful. We will not be back.
I picked up my Granddaughter from school. Went to start my Urban Runner and all I got was click click click. Phoned a friend and it was jumped. Drove directly to Led Schwab and had to purchase a new battery. Took less than 10 minutes. FAST!! All was great except for the dude chewing on his sunflower seeds and spitting them at my feet. Guess he must have been hungry. ;)
