Removed a screw from a tire at no charge. Thanks so much!
We discovered a heavy piece of wire in our left rear tire. When it was pulled out, the tire started to lose air. After calling AAA and getting the spare put on, we headed to Les Schwab. They took us right in, and the flat was repaired as well as all the tires were checked for correct pressure. Great job, pleasant people. It reminded me of when I used to go with my Dad to the first store in Bend, Oregon where I grew up. That was from 1954 onward. It started out to be a good day then I got a flat. Came into Les Schwab to have it fixed well that wasn't going to happen needed to buy 4 new tires instead. You can't buy just one with an all wheel drive car. Well I got the tires but in the process my vintage ring fell out of my pocket and now It's lost. I am hoping someone will be a Good Samaritan and turn it in.
Have been sitting here since 1:45 and it's 4:23 and my car is still not ready!!!!! Every time I ask they say another 15-20 minutes !!! Very bad service and extremely rude employees!!!! Very, very, very bad service at this location ���
I thought I was having brake problems. The gave an inspection and told me my brakes were fine. NO CHARGE. Thanks so much.
Went to a gas station to fill up air in my tires - all 4 were low. The machine was out of order. It was windy and snowy and I had to head to Reno. I stopped by Les Schwab and asked them if they could air up my tires. They had me on the road in less than 5 minutes! This is only one example why we use Les Schwab! Love them!
I got new tires yesterday, somewhere else. Today, I was headed from Minden to Reno when my low tire pressure light came on. It was almost 5:30 and I was passing the north Carson Les Schwab, where the guys were starting to close up. I pulled in and someone came right out to help me. I explained what was wrong, and the guy pulled my car right into the shop, checked my tire pressure and the sensors. Turns out the other guys broke a sensor.
