RecommendedWe were camping at Clio Rivers Edge and had a tire issue come up with our trailer. We contacted our Les Schwab store in Carson City and they sent Dakota out from the Portola store to take care of us. Both stores are highly recommended by us. Great customer service. My step son recently brought his vehicle in to have his tire checked for low pressure and paid to have it checked . He was told there was nothing wrong and paid for service. Well same problem again we brought it back in on same tire and now we were told that there was a nail in the same tire . So my son paid a second time to fix it. This location is a bunch of scammers. Be careful everyone and les Schwab you will lose my business.
I remember this store being built. I've brought my vehicles here off and on for repairs, alignments and never had anything negative to say. Employees are usually friendly although AT TIMES they might try to get you to buy something you don't immediately need, but that's true at most repair facilities. I took my car there for an alignment and they suggested I need two new tires but I feel they will last till November when I plan to replace all four. They were good with it, weren't pushy.
prompt and friendly service, had a low tire indicator and they got me checked out right away. I will return (hopefully not for the same issue 😉)!
I've never been disappointed by these fellows.
