We where from our of town and they got us going and back on the road! Friendly and professional even gave us ice cream on a hot hot day!

They are ALWAYS kind and patient with me. They help me get in and get out while also getting the job done right.
I dropped off my truck and was quoted a price for shocks and told them to go ahead and install them. When I got home they called me and said they didn't think the shocks they quoted me were very good. They wanted about $200 more for shocks that would compare to "factory" shocks which is what they quoted me to begin with. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH! I picked up my truck and will do business elsewhere. Beware of this tactic there! VERY DISAPPOINTED...
I was second in line for snow tires at 7:00 am, before they opened, and they still got me in and out by 8:15 am! They are always quick and professional. I love them!
Thank you 12th Ave Les Schwab for coming to the aid of my husband yesterday to air up his tire when he was a half mile from the store. A piece of metal had cut it. Then he followed him to the store and another employee quickly changed the tire to the spare so he could get to his appointment. Both the lady that answered my husband's call and the young men that helped him couldn't have been nicer. Thank you!
