I called this place three times to get my hub bearings fixed. I told them the exact make and model and that my truck was a 4 x 4. Did not matter at all. It's almost like the guy didn't give a flying f*** what I had to say about my own vehicle. He completely ignored me Misquoted me when I went in. Than they wanted to charge me over double what I was quoted they wanted to charge me over double the cost of the part. the entire situation was utterly ridiculous. I’ve had nothing but issues with this store. I have never had any bad service or issues at the Ontario store or the other Nampa location. Any time I have taken a vehicle it takes hours upon hours to get anything done. Most recently we dropped a car off at 130 for an alignment, at 7 pm it was still not done. We called multiple times between then & they kept telling us it would be done later & later. Finally when we called at 645ish they said they wouldn’t do it.
