I called this place three times to get my hub bearings fixed. I told them the exact make and model and that my truck was a 4 x 4. Did not matter at all. It's almost like the guy didn't give a flying f*** what I had to say about my own vehicle. He completely ignored me Misquoted me when I went in. Than they wanted to charge me over double what I was quoted they wanted to charge me over double the cost of the part. the entire situation was utterly ridiculous. I’ve had nothing but issues with this store. I have never had any bad service or issues at the Ontario store or the other Nampa location. Any time I have taken a vehicle it takes hours upon hours to get anything done. Most recently we dropped a car off at 130 for an alignment, at 7 pm it was still not done. We called multiple times between then & they kept telling us it would be done later & later. Finally when we called at 645ish they said they wouldn’t do it. Friendly, helpful staff. Don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Good quality tires and service. The only place I go for tires.

If you don't mind waiting 3 hours to get a tire checked out for low air pressure.
