I bought 4 tires the end of June @ the Les Schwab in Homedale. Less than 30 days later I had a tire wall blowout on one ☝🏻 f the tires while driving on the freeway to work. My husband picked up my car and took it to Les Schwab on Ustick to replace the tire, that was less than 30 days old. Les Schwab on Ustick told him that he would have to buy 4 new tires because I drive an all wheel drive vehicle and they wouldn't replace just one. I got a flat tire yesterday after all tire shops had already closed so this morning I went to Les Schwab to get the tire patched on my way to work. I showed up 5 min before they opened and the mechanic, I believe his name was Skylar, came to my car door a minute before opening to help me. He asked me how long I had before I needed to leave for work, I told him 20 minutes and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I went in to have them look at the Les Schwab Tire I purchased at a location in Southern California and the staff could care less that I needed help. They treated me poorly and made me so upset I just left. Avoid this tire center corporate could care less how they treat people!
Had a knife puncture my tire..like it went through to the center.. the people at this Les Schwann Tire Center are just awesome... Had to order a new tire but that was expected...I would highly recommend this tire center to everyone!!!
Rear passanger tire kept losing air. They fixed and rotated my tires at no charge❤️❤️
